This page will ultimately contain circuits we use in our training.  Some of the exercises will be taken from various videos and pages on the Internet and remain the property of their owners.

Initially, there will just be collections of webpages I’ve found on Instagram and other places.  Eventually, the exercises will be organized into a coherent series of exercises. Stay tuned….
